This happened almost 3 years ago in Baghdad. WikiLeaks has released a classified US military video depicting the indiscriminate slaying of over a dozen people in the Iraqi suburb of New Baghdad — including two Reuters news staff which you can see in the video below.
Just like a video game
Reuters has been trying to obtain the video through the Freedom of Information Act, without success since the time of the attack. The video, shot from an Apache helicopter gun-site, clearly shows the unprovoked slaying of a wounded Reuters employee and his rescuers. Two young children involved in the rescue were also seriously wounded.
It breaks my heart seeing those innocent civilians eats ammunition from Apache Helicopter gunship. Crazy. really crazy. How can they missed the children inside the van? Why shoot people who just want to save and rescue the injured (after the initial Apache fire)…why oh why? Looks like they’re playing video games with human lives here. I didn’t see any single threat from those below in this video and yet they just keep on firing.

The military did not reveal how the Reuters staff were killed, and stated that they did not know how the children were injured. Please share so everyone can see what happened in Baghdad. You can see the full videos here.

Those are some disturbing ones, it’s sad alright but we are still here watching it. That’s how curiosity takes control.

Logically we know that this kind of stuff happens during war but it is sad to actually see it happen. It makes you wonder how often this stuff happens. Do they normally shoot at people on the ground without some corroborating evidence that they are actually bad guys?

Geez… that’s really sad to see, to me at some portions of the 2 videos, it looks as though the shooters are almost enjoying what they are doing.
