Thank you. But it looks like I’m hitting my peak at the moment as I go back and forth between 150k and 160k for the past few weeks. Seems like my current traffic is rank about 155k at the moment. I need to improve my traffic further to get to the 100k mark.

not a big fan of alexa either, but i check my alexa just for fun
anyways, nice points, and as i see this article is a few months old and in that time your alexa rank has improved many folds, now its about 160k which means you will be getting into the 100k soon congrats,

I have just started looking into the importance of Alexa ranking and appreciate this information. I am impressed to see that you have increased the ranking of this blog so quickly. I am in the process of working on the same goal and have been gaining traffic but not at your pace. I hope to be under the 1 million mark in the next few weeks.

The main benefit is you can tell the whole world hows your blog or site is doing. And yes it somehow attract advertisers. Some advertisers will check if you are in top 100k before they will pay you to advertise their products.
