Yes I think 2 to 3 times a week is just fine. Linkbuilding gets you traffic and PageRank but I agree that the traffic you’ll get has more value than the PR.

I have always “said” you should try to post 2-3 times a week, but as I tell my daughter: Do as I say, not as I do! Consistency is key for posting.

Also, linkbuilding seems to be something that has so many parameters that it can be confusing to some. I like to think of linkbuilding as actual promotion of my sites and hope that I can get some traffic from links rather than actual PR from them, just my thoughts.

To me all listed rules are important but the most important one to me is Post consistent content. Without consistency you can’t get a good reputation.
