Here’s the continuation of my Bohol Trip. I just found extra time today and thought of making the part 2 of my Bohol Trip. From Tagbilaran airport, it took about half an hour to Panglao Island. We stayed at Lost Horizon Beach Resort and its past 6pm when we arrived and we took an hour rest before heading out to the beach for dinner.The rooms are okay and we paid P2,600 ($56) a night per room that’s good for two but can accommodate 4 people.
Lost Horizon is in Alona Beach and Alona Beach is very much alive at night. I’ve never seen so much foreigners in one place and the ratio between a foreigner and a Filipino tourist is about 9 to 1. There are bands, people walking at the beach and eating dinner along the coast line of Alona beach.
We ate dinner at the beach side and there are lights everywhere. It’s a stretch of almost a kilometer and almost a hundred restaurant to choose from. Fresh sea foods and barbecues are the most common choices and food is great but the service is just okay maybe because we are not foreigners.
The pictures below says it all. Most of the night pics are in manual mode between 4 seconds to 8 seconds to capture the beauty of the place.
On our 2nd day we headed for Hinagdanan cave, a famous underground cave in Bohol then we passed by Blood Compact Site where the “Sandugo” took place in 1565; a blood compact between Miguel Lopez de Legazpi of Spain and Rajah Sikatuna of Bohol. The blood compact is considered as the First Treaty of Friendship between two different races, religions, culture and civilization. Baclayon Church is the next stop over. It’s one of the oldest stone church in the Philippines. Check the pictures below.
So it’s Sunday once again and it’s another episode of Sunday’s Babe of the Week. This Sunday Babe is a veteran actress named Elizabeth Banks. Her real name was Elizabeth Mitchell but she changed it so not to confused with another actress with the same name.
I first saw her in the movie The 40 year old virgin but later learned that she’s into all Spider Man movies too. Then saw her again in the movie Role Models. Everyone can make funny photo of themselves but putting it in another “situation” is really cool.

Being a car buff, the first pic is a Mercedes SLR is one of my dream car (which I’m pretty sure will remain a dream) so I decided to try this one and I like how it turned out. Second picture is another effect I made and I can’t imagine anyone using their laptop while doing their thing. I find it very amusing and I like her wallpaper too. Third is my favorite as this image is a combination of a sexy girl and a really cool magazine cover…I’m a little biased here. But you got to admit she is sexy right? Last but not the least is another car, a Lamborghini Murcielago, another dream car of mine.

WiFi Range
The maximum distance wifi can transmit signals. A typical Wi-Fi router can broadcast signals up to 30 meter radius. Depending the position of the antenna, the device around it (mobile phones, wireless phones) this range might be shortened on some sides. Please take note that the 30 meter range is also shortened by about 5 meters for every wall in your house that the signals go through. The material of the wall also affects the range. In a typical house, the range is just about 15 meters especially if the router is in your bedroom and you want to use your laptop from your patio.
Wifi range is also affected from the client side (laptop, notebook, mobile phone). In general, laptops or notebooks will get better signal compared with a mobile phone.
